Cycling and Walking

There are some fantastic benefits to travelling by bike or foot, from being fun and saving you money, to lowering your carbon footprint and helping the environment. This page contains some helpful information should you choose to walk or cycle part or whole of your journey.

Sustrans

Sustrans is the leading sustainable transport charity in the UK, providing information on how to travel by bike or on foot as well as working to improve infrastructure such as the National Cycle Network, to enable people to travel in more sustainable ways. You can visit the Sustrans website here.

Whilst every effort is made to maintain the information on our website, we would advise you to check with the bus / rail operator that you can take your bikes on particular services before making your journey.

First Cymru: Only fold up bicycles that can be put into the luggage pen can be taken on First Cymru bus services.
